Angel Cabrera Wins the Masters at Augusta National

By Murray

Angel Cabrera has won the Masters and his second major championship.

The annual Augusta major finished in a playoff between Cabrera and Kenny Perry who had been in contention for the entire tournament. Had Perry won, he would have been recorded as the oldest winner in Masters history.

Angel Cabrera won the U.S. Open in 2007 and was showing his major winner form when he saved par after hitting his tee shot behind a tree.

Perry and Cabrera finished on #10, the second playoff hole, with Kenny hitting a terrible approach shot left of the green. His chip went past the cup which meant that all Cabrera had to do was two-putt from 10 feet to win the Green Jacket.
