The British Open – Memorable Moments – Tom Watson 1977

The 1977 Open. Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson neck and neck through the entire tournament until the 18th and final hole. Nicklaus wayward drive at the 18th cost him a stroke and gave Watson the opportunity to close the deal. Watson the victor by one stroke.
